Projects that file themselves.

A project gathers its pages, tasks, meetings and files. As new tasks, emails and meetings come in, Buddy puts each into the project it belongs to, and leaves the rest alone.

Sure, or not at all

Buddy files an item only when it clearly belongs. When it isn't sure, the item stays unfiled, and filing it yourself is one tap.

Questions

What goes into a project?

Pages, tasks, calendar events and a folder in Files. Emails about the project are filed there too.

How does Buddy decide where something goes?

It reads the item against your projects' names, descriptions and tasks, and files it only when it clearly belongs. When it's unsure, it leaves the item unfiled.

What if it files something in the wrong place?

Move it in one tap. Buddy files precisely rather than often, so it rarely happens.

Can a project have its own templates?

Yes. Put a deck or a document in the project's Templates folder and Buddy uses it for that project's work.

Do I have to set projects up?

Give a project a name and a line on what it's about. The more Buddy knows about it, the better it files.

Let the work sort itself by project.
