Yes — there's a free plan. Writing your daily note, ticking off checkbox tasks, and viewing your calendar are free, along with AI help inside the daily note (up to a monthly limit). Paid plans add the Buddy AI assistant, automatic task planning, voice notes, email integrations, and the knowledge graph. See the pricing page for the current plans and prices.

Yes. Sign in with Google and connect your calendar, and Buddy keeps a two-way sync with Google Calendar — events you add or change in either place stay in step. Outlook Calendar is supported too.

Your data is yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, your calendar data and uploaded images are never used to train AI models or sold to third parties — they're only used to provide the features you use. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, and it's permanently removed within 30 days.

Yes — Buddy ships native iOS and Android apps that share the same notes, tasks, and calendar as the web app, so you can capture and review anywhere.

Buddy works in English, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, and the interface follows your language preference automatically.
